Will Rathman joined Heritage Capital in 2022 and is a Senior Associate based in Charleston, South Carolina. At Heritage Capital, Mr. Rathman focuses on development, acquisitions, and financial asset management across all major asset classes.
Before joining Heritage Capital, Mr. Rathman worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Jefferies in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure group where he advised companies on strategic opportunities including M&A, capital markets transactions, private placements and leveraged buyouts. Previously, Mr. Rathman also served as a Capital Markets Associate at Jones Lang LaSalle on the Debt & Equity Placement and Corporate Banking Advisory teams where he executed over $3.5B of capital raising assignments. Mr. Rathman started his real estate career as an Analyst at Greystar.
Mr. Rathman received a B.S. from Clemson University in Financial Management.
