Alston Yards is a 48 acre mixed-use project located in west Cary, NC. The project sits at the southern tip of Research Triangle Park and is designed to integrate urban design and nature. The master planned project integrates walking trails throughout the development that connect to Wake County’s greenway trail system and an adjacent neighborhood park. Heritage is planning a phased development of approximately 860 units of mid-rise apartments that overlook a main street, courtyard, park, and nature. The highly amenitized apartment buildings will be within walking distance to the commercial projects within Alston Yards, the adjacent 350,000 SF of retail at Parkside Commons, and to Apple’s east coast engineering hub in RTP.

Bloc[83] T3 is the next phase of Bloc[83] and is a ground up development consisting of an 18 story office tower, ground level retail, a parking garage, and an urban courtyard. The project has expansion views of the Raleigh skyline and a pleathera of walkable amenities nearby. Bloc[83] T3 is in the planning and entitlement phase.

Bloc[83] consists of the assemblage of over 13 separate land parcels in downtown Raleigh, NC that once represented Block number 83 in the late 1800’s. The project was a ground up development consisting of over 450,000 SF of office, 45,000 SF of retail, two parking garages, a design winning urban courtyard and a 126 key boutique hotel. Heritage sold Bloc83 for the largest single asset trade in the history of the state of North Carolina in December 2021.
Bloc[83] T1 & T2 was sold in 2021 for the highest total sale price for any non-life science asset in the state of North Carolina’s history.

Legacy at Brier Creek was a ground up development consisting of 130,000 SF of Class A office. The suburban office building consisted of large floorplates, a tenant lounge, tenant fitness center, and an outdoor patio. The anchor tenant was InfoSys systems (NYSE: INFY). Heritage joint ventured with Alex Brown Realty for the project and sold the Legacy at Brier Creek in February 2019 for $34,100,000.

Cary Medical Pavilion was a value-add medical office acquisition that consisted of heavy improvements and renovations. The 67,000 SF medical office complex was acquired in May of 2019 as a joint venture between Heritage and Alex Brown Realty. The project was sold in September 2022 for $14,300,000.
