Ryan Blair
Managing Partner
Ryan Blair co-founded Heritage Capital and is a Managing Partner based in Charleston, SC. At Heritage Capital, Mr. Blair focuses on executing the company’s business plan and sourcing & executing new development and acquisition opportunities for the company and its investors.
Before joining Heritage Capital, Mr. Blair was a Partner at Heritage Properties, Inc, Heritage Capital’s sister company, and lead Heritage’s development and acquisitions business. Mr. Blair sourced and excecuted over $300 million of developments and acquisitions for Heritage after opening its North Carolina office in Raleigh, NC. Previously, Mr. Blair was a Design Engineer for McAdams Company and focused on the design of stormwater management and land development solutions for commercial and residential developments within the Carolinas.
Mr. Blair received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master’s of Engineering Management from Duke University.
