Roger Edwards

Roger Edwards co-founded Heritage Capital and is a Managing Partner based in Raleigh, NC. At Heritage Capital, Roger focuses on investment strategy and capital relationships. During his 22 year career, Roger has capitalized over $12 Billion of transactions with a specific focus on multifamily, office and mixed-use projects. Prior to forming Heritage Capital, Roger was a Managing Director at JLL (formerly HFF) in Raleigh, and was also previously with CBRE Capital Markets in Raleigh and Columbia National Real Estate Finance, LLC in Washington, D.C.
Roger earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and also a Master’s of Science in Real Estate at Johns Hopkins University, where he received the G. Edward Todd Scholarship for academic excellence.
