Molly Lerche

Molly Lerche is a Vice President | Accounting & Finance at Heritage Capital Partners. At Heritage Capital, Mrs. Lerche focuses on accounting and financial management for both the funds and corporate entities.

Before joining Heritage Capital, Mrs. Lerche worked as a Fund Accounting Manager at Realterm, an $11 billion AUM real estate and infrastructure private equity manager. Mrs. Lerche was responsible for the day-to-day accounting and quality of deliverables of the company’s close-ended and open-ended funds. Mrs. Lerche oversaw the fair value GAAP financial and investor reporting. Previously, Mrs. Lerche was an Accounting Manager at Heritage Properties, Inc., Heritage Capital’s sister company.

Mrs. Lerche received a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in accounting from West Virginia University and a Master’s of Business Administration from The University of Baltimore. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
